Getting Started
Welcome to Tasneef 2.0. This section helps new users become familiar with navigation, sectors and branches, and where to find key features.
- Browse public pages: Sectors, Terms, Privacy, and Help
- Create an account or sign in to access your dashboard
- Use the language toggle to switch between Arabic and English
Account
Manage your profile details, password, and preferences from the Profile and Settings pages.
- Profile: update name and organization details
- Settings: set language, theme, and notification preferences
- Security: keep your credentials safe and sign out when finished
Evaluations Overview
Evaluations are organized by sectors and branches. Entities belong to branches, enabling tailored criteria and accurate assessments.
- Sectors (top level) contain multiple branches
- Branches define criteria for evaluating entities
- Entities are assessed against branch-specific criteria
Troubleshooting
If something is not working as expected, try the steps below or contact support.
- Refresh the page and ensure you are connected to the internet
- Check that you are signed in for restricted features
- Clear browser cache if UI appears out of date
